Luxurious Dubai and the PMI Global Congress

Salaam alaikum! You have probably guessed right by our greeting that we are taking you to a really hot an exotic location today. Yes, this is Dubai - normally linked to luxury holidays and 5-star hotels and shopping centres, this popular and growing city has much more to offer than just recreation!

Listed as one of the best cities for business in the world at www.bestcities.net, Dubai has its own well-developed event programme website, listing thousands of exciting events from various types and nature. Strolling down the pages, our eyes were tempted by the PMI Global Congress 2014. This is an extremely useful and successful educational and networking event with no less than  90% positive feedback from attendees in previous years.

Event Overview

The Congress is organised by the Project Management Institute (PMI), which is the world's leading non-for-profit professional membership association for the project, program and portfolio management profession. The event is taking place for more than 10 years and it has occupied different locations such as Vancouver, Washington, Kuala Lumpur, Montreal and others. The Congress is taking place from 5th to 7th May 2014, providing its international business professional attendees with a new understanding on project management, a stronger professional network and transferable skills that they would be able to apply immediately on the field.

Venue

The Global Congress will be held at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre at Dubai World Trade Centre, which is the largest event venue in the region, accommodating a wide range of local and international events. The exhibition halls provide more than 31, 000 m2 of exhibition space, which can also be divided into smaller spaces if needed.
